• Micron VSG5SA Double Air Float Centering System, Power Head And Work Head Air Floats Independently to insure Fast And Accurate Guide Centering with Side Hand wheel for spindle downfeed. The machine has two modes of operation, Side Hand Wheel for Rapid control feed and front Knob wheel for Precise Fine Feed.

• VSG5SA Spindle powered by 1Hp(0.75kW) High Torque AC Spindle Motor Frequency Invertor to control spindle torque throughout the speed range 400 Rpm . This control gives maximum torque at all speeds resulting in fine surface finish even with the hardest valve seats found in today™s Euro/BS norm's Engines.

• VSG5SA Opts Spindle adopter, Ball holder, Fixed Carbide Pilot combination Ring Spring  for lifting Ball Holder result is reduced time to complete job with less runout and Better Concentricity. 

• Micron VSG5SA machines are manufactured from heavy thick wall cast  iron. The all cast iron rigid platform is precision machined providing superior  Accuracy as compared to fabricated steel. Rigidity is vital in producing Optimum  Accurate chatter free valve seat cutting. All Cast Parts Are Flame Hardened and Stress Relived, which will lead to Repeated Accuracy  and Long Last

• Three angle single blades insert cuts all three angles at once and produce accurate finished seat with finer Ra Value surface with Leak proof sealing between Valve And valve seat. They assure exact seat width from head to head plus concentricity between seat and guide.

• Spindle Head Tilts to 15 degree on both Sides to accommodate any Guide Axis For  Machining of All New Generation Imported and Indian Cylinder Head
